Damaged / Lost shipment enquires
Please inspect the contents of your shipment and notify a customer care team member immediately if anything is missing. Customers have 48 hours from the date of receipt to report packages and merchandise that is damaged. Customers who have been waiting for their shipment longer than 5 business days (from the Date of INV) should call us immediately for assistance. If we don't hear from you, we assume that your order has been received and is intact. Further action on the same will be informed by the customer care team member on re-shipment of your order.
Moftware is not responsible for the cost shipments returned back from shipping company due to inability to deliver when address provided is incorrect or incomplete. Therefore at the time of placing the order please provide, in addition to the correct address, any additional pertinent details such as building name/number and apartment/suite/unit numbers. Shipping fees will be charged again if customer requests order to be reshipped. This policy also applies to any returns/refunds due to the same situation.
Order can only be shipped via USPS, Fedex and DHL. Other delivery methods are not available at this moment.
Can I use my own shipping account for shiping?

If I select Next Day Air, will my order really arrive tomorrow?
No, not necessarily. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not speed up the fulfillment process. It is simply a shipping method. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Once the order is shipped your order will arrive to your destination in the time frame specified by the shipping method.
For example, you may place an order Friday evening and select Next Day as your shipping method. Since most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, your order would ship by the following Tuesday. This means you would receive your order on the following Wednesday. (Note: Fedex or DHL does not deliver on weekends or holidays.)

Software orders are dispatched via e-mail containing a download link and the key for the software. Since software orders are fulfilled via e-delivery, please make sure that you provide us with a correct and valid email address. Any dispute arising due to incorrect e-mail address shall not be liability of Moftware. Please note, software orders are non-refundable. In case of technical failures (Mail servers failures, Server Maintenance, etc...) there may be delays in fulfilling orders. Under such circumstances, Moftware cannot be held responsible or implicated in any respect. Under no circumstances will returns for software be processed once the installation key has been sent to the customer.
Moftware values its customers and ensures that all return requests are handled with extreme care. Our ‘customer friendly’ return policy lets you process refund/replacement requests quickly and with ease.
i. Merchandise to be sent for return/exchange must be sent back with original packing. Boxes, manuals, and warranty information (if any) must be intact.
ii.The completed Return Form with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany the merchandise. NOTE: Packages with incomplete Return Forms or without RMA# will not be processed.
iii. RMA numbers for domestic orders (within USA) are valid for 2 weeks. RMA numbers should be clearly marked on return packages so that they are identified for return processing. For international orders, the RMA#s are valid for 1 month. NOTE: Returns sent after the RMA expiry date will not be processed. Customers will need to obtain a new RMA#, if product is still within warranty period, to process return/exchange.
iv. We recommend customers to use a traceable system for sending us their return package. Moftware will not be responsible for any delay or loss of package in transit.
v. Please clearly mark the reason(s) for return on the Return Form so that we may serve you better in the future.
vi. Under no circumstances will returns for software be processed once the installation key has been sent to the customer.
vii. Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases, unless the product is determined to be broken or if there is a manufacturer defect.
i. Defective or damaged merchandise can be replaced within 30 days from date of invoicing. All such products will be examined by our technical team and if found to be broken/defective will be replaced.
ii. The exchanged/replaced product will be shipped FREE through Super Saver Shipping mode. Please consult a Customer Service Representative if you would like an upgrade on shipping mode (for an additional charge).
i. Moftware has a 30 day refund policy from the date of invoicing.
ii. All open box refunds are subject to a deduction of 15% of product price or $5 (whichever is higher) for handling & restocking charges. *Charges not applicable if product is broken/defective.
iii. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Bluetooth products are accepted for a refund only if they have never been opened and if you are returning within 30 days from the invoice date. Without exception, there is no refund/exchange available for open box Bluetooth products. This disclaimer also includes all carkits. In addition, we cannot recommend procedures and/or installers for carkits nor can we accept returns for any merchandise that cannot be installed after the package has been opened. It is the responsibility of the customer to work out installation for the carkits purchased through our websites.
Certain Bluetooth features including those listed may not be supported by all compatible Bluetooth-enabled devices, and/or the functionality of such features may be limited in certain devices, or by certain wireless carriers. A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer. 1. DOA (Dead-on-arrival)
For all the phones that are out of the box failures (DOA), www.fommy.com needs to be notified within 2 (two) consecutive days of the delivery date. All return products must be in the original packaging; including the original manufacturer's box inserts, documentation, warranty cards (not filled out or tampered with), manuals, and all accessories accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Original manufacturer boxes may not be defaced or marked in any manner.
Returns will not be accepted if packaging is not in its original condition. Assuming the product is returned in like-new condition and with all items inside of the box, a replacement phone will be provided. The DOA is applicable for both OEM and Refurbished Devices.
2. After 2 days DOA Period
The 2 business days DOA Period is the period from the date of delivery. All handsets/ devices are covered by a one-year manufacturers' warranty. After the 2 days DOA Period, Moftware family will not be responsible for any abnormal behavior of the device. The device must be shipped back to the Manufacturer with a copy of our Warranty Form provided with the Box and a detailed explanation of the alleged defect or problem. The 'After 2 days DOA Period' is applicable for OEM Devices only.
3. General Warranty Norms
This warranty does not cover misuse, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, liquid damage, normal wear and tear from use of the product, or other acts which are not the responsibility of the product manufacturer, including damage caused by shipping. This Warranty is applicable for both OEM and Refurbished Devices.
4. Upon receipt of Defective OEM devices
Upon receipt of the defective phone of the OEM handsets, the Manufacturer needs to be contacted along the Warranty Form provided with the Box and a detailed explanation of the alleged defect or problem.
If any OEM device is shipped to us for return without our consent, the same will be not entertained and Moftware will not be responsible for the loss or damage incurred during the shipment course.
5. Upon receipt of Defective Refurbished devices
We offer a standard 30 days period for Defective Refurbished devices. Customers must notify our Customer Service of any defects within 30 calendar days from date of invoice. The device must be shipped back to us by following the Return process mentioned in our website and a detailed explanation of the alleged defect or problem. Moftware will offer exchange for all valid returns which are confirmed by our Expert Technical Team.
If our Expert Technical Team denies any defect/ problem then your device will be shipped back to you at your cost.
6. Phones/ Devices received after 10 (ten) days of the delivery time will not be accepted for return and no refund or exchange will be provided. The phone will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
7. www.fommy.com reserves the right to substitute any phone with one of like-quality and value.
8. For all returns to www.fommy.com, customer must call our customer service department at 1-866-820-4554 and obtain an RMA# (Return merchandise authorization number) before shipping anything back to Moftware; any merchandise without an RMA number written on the outside of the mail-carrier package will be refused.
9. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
10. Refunds will be authorized only within 2 days from delivery date for all Devices and Handsets (both OEM and Refurbished) and will be accepted for a refund only if it is never been opened.
Our Expert Technical Team will check the return and authorize it and if they deny with any problem then your device will be shipped back at customer's expense.

Please note that normal transit time for US order with Super Savor shipment is 5-10 days. It may take 7 - 15 days in case of International orders.
